Giana was interpreting the song “Busca” by the composer Cláudia Vasconcelos at the 4th quater-finals of the Festival da TV Cultura.
Accompanied by her band (Michael Ruzitschka – acoustic guitar, Guilherme Ribeiro – piano, Márcio Arantes – acoustic bass e Sérgio Machado – drums) and the string quartet of the festival which performed with mastery the arrangement by Ruy Weber, Giana did a charming and convincing performance at the theatre of the SESC Pinheiros.
In the internet version of the festival, the song “Busca” reached the semi-finals with the votes of the site´s visitors.
“It was great to participate in the festival. An experience to prove one´s level of professionalism. I felt very relaxed and concentrated and was overall very satisfied with my performance. I had the chance to make new friends, Mônica Salmaso, Ceumar, Marcelo Pretto, Mané Silveira, Chico Saraiva…and many more. Without any doubt this was already a big prize for me!” - Giana
